| Starting outside the Goyt Valley this route is cross country and a stiff climb all the way. I adore it most in winter when it is misty, overcast and austere. Used to see Red Deer on this route until they chopped down a bunch of (Larch) trees. Good chance of Brown Hare and there are one or two options to make it more interesting. Check the map. |
