| Goyt-Valley.org.uk |
Set up by David Stirling in 2011, this website includes a lot of content on yesteryear as well as input from a wider audience. This website is highly recommended for in-depth history, images and walking routes. |

| Buxton Field Club |
Set up in March 2021, I was recently (2024) introduced to the existence of this club by one of their enthusiastic members. |

| Goyt Valley Appreciation Society |
This is a facebook link which some may be interested to know about. |

| Derbyshire Amphibian and Reptile Group |
Broadly speaking this organisation seems to have the same motivation if not objectives as Froglife. |

|
| Froglife |
It is recommended you visit both this and the previous website in order to decide which one is the best fit for your own interests. |

|
| Curlew Action |
Focused on this majestic species which is seriously threatened. |

| Derbyshire CC layer maps |
Profoundly useful. Explore all the layer options available, to identify what is and is not a public right of way and/or a host of other features. |

|
| Cheshire East layer maps |
Works in precisely the same way as the above layer maps. |

|
| Bing OS maps option |
Many maps here use and credit the Bing OS maps option but that option is no longer supported on Bing since approximately mid-2025. The credits remain and I have retained master files in tiff format, which should serve in the future for this relatively small area. I also own hardcopy. Bear in mind nothing on this website is or ever will be monetised, I am not paying a subscription to OS online. |
